Sourced from the nation’s top suppliers, and delivered directly to our customer's door, all while maintaining the highest standards in food handling safety practices. Specializing in Certified Angus Beef®, Texas-raised beef, and Wagyu, we utilize our gate-to-plate sustainable resources for beef, pork, lamb, poultry, seafood, and veal products.

Certified Angus Beef®

Snake River Farms

Snake River Farms and Double R Ranch are both premium brands from Agri Beef, a family-owned company with over 50 years of experience in the beef industry. Our founder, Robert Rebholtz, Sr, spent his childhood summers working at a Basque lamb operation in Stockton, CA. It is here he developed his passion of ranching and livestock that would shape the course of his life. In 1968, he purchased Snake River Cattle Feeders and founded Agri Beef with the ambitious goal of producing the world's highest quality beef. A small, family operation at the start, Agri Beef gradually expanded to include every step of the beef supply chain, from ranch to table. We are headquartered in Boise, ID and have 12 locations throughout Idaho and Washington. As happens so often in a family-run business, the day-to-day leadership of the company has passed on from father to sun. Today Robert Rebholtz, Jr. continues to build on his father's vision and the core values of Agri Beef–leadership, integrity, and innovation–to create exceptional beef in harmony with the environment and our Northwest ranching traditions.

USDA Prime

USDA Prime Beef is produced from young, well-fed beef cattle. It has slightly abundant to abundant marbling, and is generally sold in hotels and restaurants. Prime roasts and steaks are excellend for broiling, roasting or grilling.
